Where we ship

We ship to almost every country in the world.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Prices shown in another currency are converted at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery usually takes 8–10 business days after shipping. Remote areas can take longer. The estimated dates on the product page are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient if charged.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipping, email support@lokxsecurity.com with your order number and we'll help.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address only before the order ships.
